I have 30 years of experience in the ICT industry and 23 years with Cisco. I am inspired every day by our talented teams and our company’s focus on driving digitization for the betterment of businesses, governments, and societies at large. Currently, I am President for Cisco Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC). I’m responsible for Cisco APJC’s strategy, accelerating business growth, and together with the team, delivering continuous innovation for our customers.

I work closely with customers and partners to support their evolving needs in today’s digital, hybrid and cloud-first world. Within Cisco, I work with our teams to design and implement innovative go-to-market models for customers’ multi-year digital transformations. I’m passionate about driving a people-first, trust-based culture, creating opportunities for employee growth, and building diverse, high-performing teams.

Prior to my current role, I was President and General Manager for Cisco Japan and led Worldwide Sales for Enterprise Networks. Saira Mohammed

Saira is a Chief Security Advisor with the Microsoft Modern Work and Security team. In this role, She serves as a trusted advisor to business, IT, security, privacy, compliance, legal, and risk management executives to help enable their digital transformation journey by aligning security strategies with business operations. She regularly interacts with customers to help them integrate security with business and IT processes to mitigate risks and protect customer and employee data.

Prior to joining Microsoft, She served as an information security executive (Deputy CISO) at State Farm Insurance and Financial Services. Since joining State Farm in 1988, She has worked in a variety of roles, including those of programmer, designer, technical lead, IT architect, lead IT architect, and IT director, before becoming an information security executive. In her executive role, She worked on people, process, and technology-related projects and interacted with areas across the enterprise to help mature the cybersecurity program at State Farm.

She has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from India and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Oklahoma. She received her MBA degree from Illinois State University. She has several information security certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSec and GISP), and nearly half a dozen insurance designations.

Marene Allison

Marene Allison retired Chief Information Security Officer for Johnson & Johnson, has had over 30 years of corporate risk and security responsibilities that have included not only J&J but also Medco Health Solutions, as their Chief Security Officer. Head of Global Security for Avaya communications where she worked on securing the World Cup Network in Korea and Japan in 2002 and Vice President of Loss Prevention and Safety for the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company. Michael Gregoris

Michael Gregoris is the CFO of Kraft Heinz Canada and Coffee North America, and in his role oversees FP&A, Strategic Planning, Revenue Management, Corporate and Trade Finance for the division.

Chandra McCormack

Chandra McCormack is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 30 years of financial leadership, including in public, private equity, and private companies representing multiple industries. She has led integrations and financial management in many countries and is well-travelled having lived in the US, India and Belgium.

Chandra most recently served as CFO for Acosta, a private-equity backed full-service sales and marketing B2B/B2C agency with 30K employees and 2500 clients, managing both the physical grocery shelf and e-commerce digital shelf for top consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and consumer electronics (CE) companies in the US, Canada, and Europe. In her role, Chandra led financial diligence and deal-modeling, completing four strategic acquisitions as part of its turnaround. She also led a rationalization plan of 100 systems to ten, while incorporating SAAS, AI, cyber and cloud solutions and managing Acosta’s strategic growth algorithm.

Prior to Acosta, Chandra served in CFO roles in diverse industries including transportation, retail-restaurant, and CPG, including 13 years with Dean Foods Company while the company grew from $300M to $12B. She was involved with all aspects of SEC reporting including risk factors, MDA, and financial disclosures as an Officer. Her last five years at Dean Foods, she served as VP Finance for Dean’s $900M ice cream business. She has also led due diligence of two private CPG companies sold to private equity, led supply chain/procurement, worked in management consulting and retail banking, and expanded mid-market companies to multi-state.

Eric Bonnet-Maes joined LexisNexis France in 2007 as Sales and Operational Marketing Director before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2014. Since 2018, he led LexisNexis’ Asia business unit, steering the development of Greater China, Japan, South Korea, India and Southeast Asia from Hong Kong.

Eric started his career at Hewlett-Packard, where he spent close to 11 years in various sales and marketing roles within several divisions before becoming a member of the HP France Management Committee.
